Steven is both a highly respected industry leader within the UAE and wider GCC, and also carries the professional recognition of a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), being the highest industry accolade.

Since 2007, in the Middle East, he has worked for major international PMCs such as EC Harris and Faithful+Gould, and more recently, elevating smaller local boutique consultancies, Compass Project Consulting and UN!Que Project Solutions, to regional PMC players, by ensuring the successful delivery of iconic and transformative projects primarily across the hospitality, leisure, and residential sectors, including the Salam Yiti, Saadiyat Rotana, Saadiyat Park Hyatt, MGM, The Bellagio, The Guggenheim, Yas Waterworld, Wasl Tower, and Mr C Residences, and many more.
