Lewis Matheson

Lewis Matheson is an Associate Director at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, Lewis leads a multidisciplinary team across all phases of pre- and post-contract work on landmark construction projects across the region.

With a strong track record of delivering high standards in line with RLB’s reputation for excellence, Lewis has successfully managed construction projects across a range of sectors including residential, education, commercial, infrastructure, and healthcare. His international career spans the UK and the Middle East, where he has worked with clients from diverse cultural and commercial backgrounds, consistently aligning regional requirements with global best practices.

Lewis holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
