Mohammad Hazem Soudan

Hazem is a Project Manager specializing in Commissioning, Energy Auditing and Sustainability services. Hazem is engaged by developers, design teams and construction managers to create the roadmap and sustainability implementation plan for project delivery.

He manages and coordinates the efforts of various resources and provides practical solutions to the challenges in megaproject delivery. Hazem is responsible for ensuring that the sustainability initiatives proposed in the design phase are implemented during the construction phase and that the project is operated according to the client’s requirements. Hazem is an expert in leading cross-functional teams, has strong stakeholder engagement and utilizes data to effectively measure and communicate progress. He has successfully managed more than 50 projects in Design, Construction and Operation stages.

Hazem is engaged to consult with clients on Sustainability, Commissioning, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters in the built environment. Moreover, I represent the team at several conferences and sustainability charrettes to effectively bring new business to the company and promote the team’s capabilities and offerings with stakeholders in the industry. I enjoy securing new business, engaging in technical discussions and advising developers on their sustainability strategies and business.
