Roxy Reynolds is the Founder and Managing Director of OVAL, a Dubai-based cost and project management consultancy supporting developers and operators across the Middle East. OVAL was established to challenge traditional consultancy models, with a focus on being commercially driven, responsive and aligned with how projects are actually delivered on the ground.

Roxy specialises in hospitality and ultra-luxury residential developments, working closely with clients to maintain control of cost, programme and procurement from the outset. Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and cost planning through to tendering, contract structuring and post-contract commercial management. She is known for taking a direct, no-nonsense approach to projects, cutting through complexity and focusing on what genuinely drives value.
